Being listed is free. It stays free.
BrokListed lists agencies whether or not they have any relationship with us, because a directory that only contains customers is an advertising page wearing a directory's clothes. Everything below is optional and sits on top of that.
Claiming — free
A claim proves you control the business and gives you the record. You can correct anything wrong, add service areas and specialisms, and supply photography and copy we are permitted to publish. The entry then shows that it was corrected by the agency and when.
Claiming does not change your position in any list, because nothing changes position in any list.
Partner listings — paid
A partner listing is visually distinct and labelled as paid wherever it appears. It carries more of your own material — imagery, a longer description, your team, direct enquiry links — and it sits in its own block rather than being a row in an editorial list with a small badge on it.
It stays in alphabetical order with everything else. If you are looking for a product that moves you to the top of a page, we do not sell one, and the reason is in the last section.
Advertising
Display advertising runs in defined, labelled slots across the site. Every unit is marked as an advertisement, sits outside editorial and listing furniture, and any paid outbound link is marked as sponsored at the template level so it cannot be forgotten on one entry.
Advertising is sold against the audience, not against the directory. Buying a unit has no effect on how, whether or where an agency is listed — including your own.
Websites, by Level-Up Growth

This is a separate commercial relationship with Level-Up. It confers nothing here.
What money cannot buy — in any amount
A position in a list. Every list on this site is alphabetical, and that is enforced in code rather than left to good intentions.
A rating. There are none. No stars, no scores, no reviews, and no field in the database capable of holding one. Nothing on this site emits rating markup to search engines either, because that would be a claim we cannot support.
Coverage. Editorial decides what is written about. A partner listing is not a commissioning conversation, and a piece that reads as reporting will never have been paid for.
Removal of a competitor. Or of a fact about your own business that is accurate and sourced. Corrections we will always make; deletions of true things we will not.
These constraints are the reason advertising here is worth buying. A directory that sells rank has nothing to sell after that.
